Marta & Naresh get Hitched in Brixton – Funky London Wedding

One rainy Wednesday in April I headed out to Brixton Town Hall for a relaxed and intimate elopement.  Beautiful Marta and super cool Naresh wanted to get married close to home with only their nearest and dearest in tow.  They kept their plans secret until a few days before the wedding they even managed to bring Marta’s parents in from Poland without discovery.

They tied the knot with just their parents, siblings and their ‘baby’ Margeaux (an extremely lovable basset hound) in audience.  After the ceremony we headed into Brixton for portraits.  With a retro cinema, a luxe bistro and the uber cool Brixton market as our backdrop we were spoilt for choice.  I wanted to show you a little bit of everything, I hope you enjoy this eclectic set of shots xx

I’m delighted to have captured the following images on Agfa Black and White film. LOVING rediscovering the exciting and artful results of using film after four years of exclusively shooting in digital.  Thanks to Marta and Naresh for being open to the idea xx
